POLICY

Before applying for HCA Healthcare Corporate Sponsorship, please review the HCA Healthcare Corporate Contributions Policy to make sure your request fits the eligibility criteria and HCA Healthcare's support priorities. 


REQUEST SUBMISSION PROCESS

All requests for monetary contributions must be submitted through the HCA Healthcare Sponsorship Committee’s online submission system. If you have any questions regarding HCA Healthcare’s policy and criteria or submission process, please email Corp.Sponsorship@HCAhealthcare.com.


For optimal consideration, please submit all sponsorship requests three months prior to the date of the event.
With very few exceptions, only one sponsorship request will be considered per organization per year. 

The sponsorship application will close annually each December and reopen each January. Please apply in the same calendar year as your request unless there is a time-sensitive reason.

 
*HCA Healthcare reserves the right to change or make exceptions to this policy as it deems appropriate.

 
DONATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM
Organizations who receive monetary contributions of $250 or more must complete and return a Donation Acknowledgement Form. Completed forms should either be scanned and emailed to Corp.Sponsorship@HCAHealthcare.com or mailed to:
